Our Founder
Lina Vivas, an immigrant from Ecuador, moved to the United States at the age of five. Inspired by her father’s entrepreneurial spirit, Lina developed a relentless work ethic and a drive to build something of her own. After spending 11 years in the dental care industry, she decided to embark on a new journey—one that would allow her to make a lasting impact in the cleaning and maintenance sector.
In 2009, she launched Allstate Cleaning Services, which later rebranded as Lina Vivas Inc.in 2011. Overcoming challenges as a woman and minority in a competitive industry, Lina’s dedication and perseverance positioned Lina Vivas Inc.as a trusted leader in commercial cleaning. Through hard work and a commitment to excellence, she secured multiple certifications, including MWBE, allowing the company to collaborate with city, state, and federal agencies.
